What if the QR code doesn’t work?
Try closing the app and re-opening it. If you are out in public, also check your signal strength/ internet connection. If you are still having issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us on Instagram @justhazaar and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
The buyer hasn’t turned up to collect their purchase, what should I do?
Try messaging the buyer through the app in case they are running late or not sure where to go. Unfortunately, if someone decides not to show, you won’t receive your payment.
