You will find products from your favourite brands on Hazaar. Our return policy sets the base for any returns (including for items sold by Hazaar), but each brand might have specific terms that you must comply with so that you can get your refund. You can find those brand terms below.
EMRLD is a small business that creates their products with care, all made to order.
- Return window: Within 14 days of receiving the product can an item be returned.
- Condition: Please note all returns are carefully inspected for any signs of wear. EMRLD reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition. Returns must arrive in their original packaging, with the anti-returns ribbon still attached. Please note, that for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn.
- Process: Include delivery invoice slip inside parcel for exchange processing.
- Cost: Hazaar will charge a return postage free and deduct this from your refund.
- Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels/tags attached within 30 days of receiving it.
- Costs: Hazaar will charge a return postage fee and deduct this from your refund.
Warranty
Hydro Flask are happy to replace any product that has a manufacturing defect. Visit this page to view their warranty policies.

Warranty
Osprey’s aftersales and repair team is ready and available to give any Osprey product the care it needs this season. Requests for ‘All Mighty Guarantee’ may be made on products that have been purchased directly from Osprey or from an authorised retailer and requires a proof of purchase: https://www.osprey.com/gb/customer-support/all-mighty-guarantee
- Return window: 30 days from receipt. No refunds after 30 days.
- Condition: Must be unused, in original condition/packaging.
- Process: Items inspected after return. If not in acceptable condition, refund may be refused - options include partial refund, or sending item back.
- Costs: Hazaar will charge a return postage free and deduct this from your refund.
- Return window: 14 days from delivery.
- Options: Full refund.
- Condition: Must be in showroom condition, with original packaging, tags, and valid receipt/delivery note.
- Cost: Hazaar will charge a return postage fee and deduct this from your refund.
- Return window: If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a refund.
- Condition: In order to return your item: Ensure your item is in its original packaging with any warranty labels and other relevant documents enclosed.
- Cost: Returns are free of charge for students.
- Return window: 30 days from receipt.
- Condition: Unused, with all original tags/packaging.
- Damaged/Faulty items:
- If received damaged/faulty, can return for refund.
- If a product becomes faulty within 6 months, you can return it under warranty (see brand website for details).
- Costs: Hazaar will charge a return postage fee and deduct this from your refund.
- Return window: 30 days from receipt.
- Condition: Must be unopened, undamaged, and re-sellable.
- Costs: Customer pays postage. Hazaar will charge a return postage fee and deduct this from your refund.
- After 30 days: No refunds.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
We have appropriate security measures to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed unlawfully. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We continually test our systems, which means we follow top industry standards for information security.

General Return Policy
We are Hazaar Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 12609346 and with registered office at Apartment N S 204 2 Cotton Street, Manchester, England, M4 5BD (‘we’ ‘our’ ‘ourselves’ and ‘us’). We are VAT registered number GB432204738.

1. Statutory Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
Some of our brands offer longer periods to request a refund, please check their terms in the section above.
2. How to Return Items
To exercise your right to cancel or return:
- Contact us via the orders portal and initiate a return request
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return the goods within the specified timeframe: your returned items must be received within 14 days after your return has been accepted.
- Ensure items are in their original condition (see Section 4)
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods and will be credited to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Return Costs
Returns are currently free of charge, provided they meet the requirements specified in section 1 and section 4.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach the seller, so make sure they are safely packed and cannot get damaged on transit. Make sure to keep your proof of postage in case we need to contact you.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging attached
- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, and pet hair
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a cleaning charge.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Underwear (including socks), swimwear, and intimate apparel (unless faulty)
- Cosmetics and personal care items that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty
- Face, eye, ear, hair accessories
- Halloween and Christmas accessories
- We also don’t accept returns for any customised products (such as special orders, or personalised items).
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our site. You are welcome to request a refund and return for your original purchase and place a new order.
7. Fair use policy
If we observe unusual return patterns and/or suspect fraudulent activity, we might have to block your account and retain your refund.
