Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. Who We Are
Hazaar Limited ("Hazaar", "we", "us" or "our") operates the Hazaar website and services.
We are a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 12609346, with registered office at:
2 Cotton Street
Manchester
England
M4 5BD
For the purposes of UK data protection law, Hazaar Limited is the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy, except where another organisation acts as a separate controller as explained below.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or would like to exercise your privacy rights, please contact:
Email: hello@justhazaar.com
2. About This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data when you interact with Hazaar.
This includes when you:
-
visit or browse our website;
-
create a Hazaar account;
-
purchase a product directly from Hazaar;
-
browse products or offers from our Partner Brands;
-
follow a link from Hazaar to a Partner Brand;
-
verify your student status;
-
unlock or use a student discount code;
-
sign up to receive email or SMS communications;
-
enter a giveaway, prize draw or competition;
-
attend or register for an event;
-
participate in a survey, poll or research activity;
-
submit or give us permission to use content;
-
contact customer support;
-
interact with our social media or advertising; or
-
otherwise use Hazaar's services.
Hazaar currently operates a hybrid commerce model. Some products are purchased directly from Hazaar, while other products are discovered through Hazaar and purchased directly from third-party Partner Brands.
The way your personal data is processed can therefore differ depending on how you use Hazaar.
3. Personal Data We Collect
The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us.
3.1 Identity and Contact Information
We may collect:
-
full name;
-
personal email address;
-
telephone or mobile number;
-
billing address;
-
delivery address;
-
social media handle; and
-
other contact information you provide to us.
We do not routinely collect your date of birth as part of normal student verification or account use.
We may collect age or date-of-birth information for specific activities such as competitions, events or promotions where this is relevant to eligibility.
3.2 Account Information
If you create a Hazaar account, we may collect:
-
your name;
-
email address;
-
account login details;
-
saved addresses;
-
account preferences;
-
order history;
-
return and refund history; and
-
other information associated with your account.
You do not need to create a Hazaar account simply to verify your student status, unlock an eligible Partner Brand offer or follow a link to a Partner Brand.
3.3 Direct Hazaar Purchase Information
Where you purchase a product directly from Hazaar, we may collect and process:
-
your name;
-
email address;
-
telephone number;
-
billing address;
-
delivery address;
-
products ordered;
-
order value;
-
order and transaction references;
-
payment status;
-
delivery information;
-
return information;
-
refund information; and
-
communications relating to your order.
Payments are processed using third-party payment providers.
We do not store your full payment card details.
We may receive limited payment information such as payment status, payment method, transaction reference or fraud and billing verification results.
4. Student Verification and GoCertify
Hazaar uses GoCertify to provide student eligibility verification.
To access verified student offers, you may be asked to provide information through the GoCertify verification experience.
4.1 Information Used for Verification
Depending on the verification method you choose, GoCertify may ask you to provide information such as:
-
an .ac.uk academic email address;
-
student identification or supporting academic documentation;
-
a mobile number; or
-
other information required to establish eligibility.
Hazaar does not normally receive or store copies of the student ID, academic documentation or other evidence you provide solely to GoCertify for verification purposes.
GoCertify independently determines how it processes the information required to carry out its verification service and acts as a separate data controller for that processing.
You should also read GoCertify's own privacy information when completing verification.
4.2 Information Hazaar Receives
Through our GoCertify integration, Hazaar may receive or retain information including:
-
your personal email address;
-
your mobile number;
-
whether you have successfully verified;
-
the date of verification;
-
the expiry or re-verification date;
-
a verification status or related tag; and
-
limited technical or reference information associated with the verification process.
We use this information to provide access to verified student offers, maintain your verification status, prevent misuse and manage re-verification.
Successful Hazaar verification normally remains valid for 12 months unless it is revoked earlier because of suspected fraud, misuse or another valid reason.
4.3 GoCertify Acting on Hazaar's Behalf
Where GoCertify collects information such as your personal email address, mobile number or marketing preferences specifically on Hazaar's behalf, GoCertify processes that information as a service provider to Hazaar.
That information may be passed into Hazaar systems, including our customer relationship and marketing platform.
Partner Brands do not receive your personal email address or mobile number simply because you verify through Hazaar.
5. Verification and Service Messages
We may use the contact details associated with your verification to send important administrative or service communications.
These may include:
-
one-time verification codes;
-
confirmation of verification;
-
information about problems completing verification;
-
security or fraud-related messages;
-
notifications that your verification is due to expire; and
-
neutral reminders that you need to re-verify to continue using verified student services.
These messages are separate from marketing communications.
Providing contact details for verification does not by itself mean that you have agreed to receive Hazaar marketing.
We will not use a service or verification message to promote products, offers or campaigns unless we are permitted to treat that communication as marketing.
6. Partner Brand and Affiliate Purchases
Some products displayed on Hazaar are purchased directly from third-party Partner Brands.
When you follow a link from Hazaar and complete a purchase on a Partner Brand's website, the Partner Brand will process the personal information required for that purchase under its own privacy policy.
This may include information such as:
-
your name;
-
contact details;
-
payment information;
-
delivery address; and
-
order information.
Hazaar does not normally receive this full customer or payment information from the Partner Brand.
We do not receive your payment card details for a purchase completed directly with a Partner Brand.
7. Affiliate Tracking and Conversion Information
Hazaar works with Partner Brands and affiliate networks to track referrals and measure purchases made after users leave Hazaar.
Our affiliate partners currently include networks such as:
-
AWIN;
-
Rakuten;
-
Impact;
-
Shopify affiliate services; and
-
other affiliate or attribution providers we may work with from time to time.
We may use tracked outbound links, affiliate identifiers and similar technologies to identify when a user has followed a link from Hazaar to a Partner Brand.
Depending on the network and transaction, Hazaar may receive information such as:
-
affiliate or click identifiers;
-
transaction or order reference;
-
Partner Brand;
-
date and time of the referral or purchase;
-
order value;
-
commission value;
-
discount or voucher code used;
-
device or browser information;
-
transaction status; and
-
other limited attribution information.
This information allows us to:
-
attribute purchases to Hazaar;
-
calculate and verify affiliate commission;
-
measure Partner Brand and campaign performance;
-
understand which products, offers and brands users engage with;
-
reconcile payments;
-
investigate tracking discrepancies;
-
prevent fraudulent or invalid affiliate activity; and
-
improve Hazaar's commercial partnerships.
8. Information Received From Partner Brands
In some circumstances, a Partner Brand may provide Hazaar with limited information about a purchase or code redemption.
This may include:
-
an order or transaction reference;
-
discount code used;
-
order value;
-
transaction status;
-
name; or
-
email address.
This may happen where reasonably necessary to:
-
reconcile affiliate sales or commission;
-
investigate whether a discount code worked correctly;
-
investigate fraud or misuse;
-
resolve tracking discrepancies;
-
deal with a customer service query; or
-
measure the performance of a Hazaar partnership.
We do not normally receive full payment card information or delivery information for purchases completed directly with Partner Brands.
9. Marketing Emails
If you choose to receive marketing emails from Hazaar, we may send you communications about:
-
new Partner Brands;
-
student discounts;
-
new collections or drops;
-
promotions;
-
campaigns;
-
giveaways;
-
events;
-
editorial content; and
-
other Hazaar news.
Where consent is required, we will ask you to actively agree to receive marketing emails.
Providing an email address to:
-
verify your student status;
-
create an account;
-
enter a competition;
-
contact customer service; or
-
receive another service
does not by itself constitute marketing consent.
In limited circumstances, we may send marketing to an existing customer without obtaining separate consent where the electronic marketing soft opt-in applies and all relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in our emails or by contacting us.
10. SMS and Mobile Marketing
Hazaar may offer users the option to receive SMS marketing.
We use Klaviyo to support our email and SMS marketing activities.
Where you choose to receive SMS marketing, we may use your mobile number to send messages about:
-
student offers;
-
new Partner Brands;
-
new drops or launches;
-
general Hazaar promotions;
-
giveaways and campaigns;
-
events; and
-
other Hazaar marketing activity.
We currently intend our SMS marketing service primarily for UK mobile numbers.
SMS Consent
Where consent is required, we will obtain specific permission before sending marketing text messages.
Providing a mobile number for verification, account security, a competition or another service does not automatically mean that you have agreed to receive SMS marketing.
Email and SMS preferences are managed separately.
This means you may, for example:
-
receive email marketing but not SMS marketing;
-
receive SMS marketing but not email marketing; or
-
unsubscribe from one channel while remaining subscribed to another.
SMS Opt-Out
You can withdraw your consent to SMS marketing at any time.
You may be able to do this by:
-
replying STOP to a Hazaar marketing message;
-
using another unsubscribe method provided in the message; or
-
contacting us at hello@justhazaar.com.
We may retain a minimal record of your opt-out so that we can make sure we do not send you further marketing through that channel.
Further terms relating to our SMS service may be provided in our Mobile Messaging Terms.
11. Klaviyo and Customer Marketing Profiles
We use Klaviyo to manage customer communications, marketing preferences and audience segmentation.
Information held within Klaviyo may include:
-
email address;
-
mobile number;
-
email subscription status;
-
SMS subscription status;
-
verification status;
-
purchase history;
-
products or categories viewed;
-
brands or offers clicked;
-
affiliate link interactions;
-
marketing engagement;
-
campaign interactions; and
-
inferred interests or audience segments.
Where available, we may also maintain records relating to how and when marketing permission was obtained.
We use this information to:
-
manage subscriptions and opt-outs;
-
send communications users have requested;
-
understand engagement with Hazaar;
-
measure marketing performance;
-
identify audiences likely to be interested in particular content; and
-
improve our marketing strategy.
12. Profiling and Segmentation
We may use information about your interactions with Hazaar to place users into marketing or analytical segments.
For example, we may identify users or groups based on:
-
engagement;
-
purchase history;
-
products or categories viewed;
-
brands clicked;
-
affiliate interactions;
-
verification status;
-
inferred style interests; or
-
other browsing or marketing behaviour.
This can help us understand our audience and decide what communications or advertising may be relevant.
The Hazaar website itself is currently broadly the same for users and is not extensively personalised based on individual profiles.
Hazaar does not use this profiling to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
13. Users Under 18
Hazaar student verification is available to eligible users aged 16 and over.
For data protection purposes, users under 18 require additional care when their personal data is processed.
Hazaar does not routinely collect date of birth as part of our normal verification process, which means we may not always know whether a verified user is aged 16 or 17.
We take this into account when designing our marketing and profiling practices.
We do not knowingly use the personal data of users under 18 for behavioural advertising or commercial profiling unless we have an appropriate way of identifying age and suitable safeguards are in place.
Where we cannot reliably distinguish adult users from users under 18, we may restrict certain profiling or targeted advertising activities for the relevant audience.
We may introduce proportionate age-assurance measures where necessary, such as determining whether a user is over 18 without requiring us to retain their full date of birth.
Our services and privacy information are intended to be clear enough for users aged 16 and over to understand.
14. Advertising and Custom Audiences
Where permitted by law and subject to your applicable privacy choices, we may use advertising platforms including:
-
Meta;
-
TikTok;
-
Google; and
-
other advertising platforms where enabled.
We may use these services to:
-
measure advertising performance;
-
show Hazaar advertising to relevant audiences;
-
retarget users who have interacted with Hazaar;
-
create Custom Audiences;
-
create similar or lookalike audiences; and
-
understand how advertising contributes to visits, verification or purchases.
This may involve sharing identifiers such as an email address or other audience information with an advertising platform, normally using technical measures designed to match users securely.
We will only use advertising cookies, pixels or similar technologies where permitted under applicable law and your cookie choices.
You can also object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing.
15. Cookies, Pixels and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, tracked links and similar technologies to operate Hazaar, understand how our website is used, measure performance, support affiliate attribution and, where you consent, provide and measure advertising.
We group these technologies into categories including Required, Personalization, Marketing and Analytics.
Where consent is required, non-essential technologies will not be used unless you have made the relevant choice through our cookie controls.
You can accept, decline or manage different categories through our Cookie Preferences and can change your choices at any time.
For more information about the technologies we use, their purposes and the organisations that provide them, please see our Cookie Policy.
16. Shopify
Our website and direct ecommerce services are powered by Shopify.
Shopify processes personal data to provide services that support the operation of Hazaar, including:
-
website hosting;
-
customer accounts;
-
checkout;
-
order management;
-
ecommerce functionality;
-
security and fraud prevention;
-
analytics; and
-
other Shopify services and features we choose to use.
Where you purchase a Hazaar Product, information associated with your order may be processed through Shopify.
Shopify Network Intelligence
We currently use Shopify Network Intelligence and certain Shopify Enhanced Services.
When these services are enabled, Shopify may process information about your interactions with Hazaar together with information from your interactions with Shopify and other Shopify merchants.
This can be used by Shopify and Hazaar for purposes including:
-
improving Shopify and Hazaar services;
-
understanding how customers interact with our store and advertising;
-
improving store performance;
-
providing more relevant or personalised experiences; and
-
improving advertising and ad targeting.
Information may be shared with Shopify and with third parties that support these services, including organisations located outside the United Kingdom.
Where consent is required, Shopify's use of information for non-essential purposes such as personalised advertising is subject to the choices you make through our Cookie and Privacy Preferences.
You can change your Hazaar cookie choices at any time through our Cookie Preferences.
Shopify also provides its own privacy controls through which you may be able to exercise rights or object to certain uses of your information.
For further information, please see Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Controls.
17. Klarna and Other Payment Providers
Where you purchase a Hazaar Product, you may be offered payment options provided by third parties.
This may include Klarna.
If you select Klarna or another third-party payment service, that provider may independently collect and process information required to provide its payment service, including information required for eligibility, fraud or credit-related checks.
Its processing will be governed by its own privacy information.
Hazaar may receive limited information relating to the transaction, such as:
-
payment method;
-
payment status;
-
transaction reference; or
-
other information required to administer your order.
We do not receive or store your full Klarna account or credit-assessment information unless required for a specific purpose and lawfully provided to us.
18. Dropship and Fulfilment Partners
Some Hazaar Products are dispatched directly by our supplier or brand partners on Hazaar's behalf.
Where this happens, Hazaar remains the seller.
We may provide the fulfilment partner with information necessary to complete your order, such as:
-
your name;
-
delivery address; and
-
product or order details required for dispatch.
We do not ordinarily provide these fulfilment partners with your personal email address or telephone number.
Fulfilment partners may process the information provided to them only for relevant operational purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
19. Events
Hazaar may organise or promote events using platforms such as Eventbrite, Fatsoma or similar ticketing and event providers.
Where you register or purchase a ticket through a third-party platform, that provider may process your personal data under its own privacy policy.
Hazaar may also receive attendee information as an event organiser.
This may include information such as:
-
name;
-
email address;
-
ticket or registration information;
-
attendance information; and
-
other information you provide when registering.
We may use event information to:
-
administer the event;
-
communicate important event information;
-
manage attendance;
-
provide event support;
-
understand event performance; and
-
comply with legal or operational requirements.
We will not treat event registration as consent to unrelated marketing where separate marketing permission is required.
20. Giveaways, Prize Draws and Competitions
If you enter a Hazaar giveaway, prize draw or competition, we may collect information including:
-
name;
-
email address;
-
telephone number;
-
university;
-
date of birth or age where relevant;
-
social media handle;
-
entry information; and
-
other information required by the relevant promotion.
We use this information to:
-
administer the promotion;
-
validate entries;
-
prevent fraudulent or duplicate entries;
-
select and contact winners;
-
deliver prizes;
-
respond to queries; and
-
meet legal or regulatory requirements.
Information required to administer a competition is separate from your marketing preferences.
Where we would like to use your email address or mobile number for marketing, we will comply with the separate requirements that apply to marketing communications.
Individual promotions may also be subject to separate Prize Draw or Competition Terms.
21. Surveys, Research and Feedback
We may ask students or customers to participate in:
-
surveys;
-
polls;
-
focus groups;
-
research;
-
feedback exercises; or
-
customer interviews.
Depending on the activity, we may collect:
-
contact information;
-
demographic information;
-
university information;
-
opinions;
-
preferences;
-
responses; and
-
other information you choose to provide.
We use this information to understand our audience, improve Hazaar, develop campaigns and support business or market research.
Where possible and appropriate, we may aggregate or anonymise research results.
22. User-Generated Content and Styled By You
Where you give Hazaar permission to use content you have created, we may collect and retain:
-
your name;
-
social media handle;
-
image or video content;
-
captions or associated information;
-
correspondence with you; and
-
a record of the permission or licence you have provided.
We may use this information to:
-
manage your permission;
-
publish agreed content;
-
identify or credit creators where agreed;
-
manage Styled By You or similar features;
-
respond to questions about the content; and
-
demonstrate that we have permission to use it.
Merely tagging @justhazaar does not automatically mean that we will use your content.
Where additional permission is required, we may contact you before using it.
Content created under separate employment, agency, influencer or creator agreements may be governed by those agreements.
23. Customer Support and Communications
If you contact Hazaar, we may collect:
-
your name;
-
contact details;
-
order or transaction information;
-

-
information needed to investigate your query.
We use this information to:

-
investigate problems;
-

-
resolve disputes;
-
protect our legal rights; and
-

Our primary customer support contact is hello@justhazaar.com.
If you contact Hazaar through a social platform or another third-party service, that platform may also process your information under its own privacy policy.
24. How We Use Your Personal Data

25. Our Lawful Bases for Processing
UK data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for processing personal data.
Depending on the activity, we may rely on the following bases.
Contract
We may process personal data where necessary to:
-
provide a service you have requested;
-
manage your account;
-
process and fulfil a Hazaar order;
-
manage a return or refund; or
-
take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Legitimate Interests
We may process personal data where necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
These interests may include:
-
operating and improving Hazaar;
-
providing and managing student verification;
-
customer service;
-
fraud prevention;
-
platform security;
-
managing Partner Brand relationships;
-
affiliate attribution and reconciliation;
-
understanding business performance;
-
analysing user engagement;
-
managing appropriate marketing activities;
-
protecting our legal rights; and
-
preventing abuse of offers or discount codes.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact of the processing on the people concerned.
Consent
We rely on consent where required, including for activities such as:
-
email marketing where consent is required;
-
SMS marketing;
-
non-essential cookies and tracking technologies;
-
certain advertising activities; and
-
other processing where we specifically ask for your permission.
You may withdraw consent at any time.
Withdrawal does not make any processing carried out before withdrawal unlawful.
Legal Obligation
We may process personal data where required to comply with legal obligations, including those relating to:
-
tax;
-
accounting;
-
consumer protection;
-
regulatory requirements;
-
fraud prevention where applicable; and
-
lawful requests from authorities.
26. Sharing Your Personal Data
We only share personal data where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Recipients may include:
Service and Technology Providers
Including providers supporting:
-
website hosting and ecommerce;
-
Shopify;
-
GoCertify;
-
Klaviyo;
-
payment processing;
-
customer support;
-
cloud hosting;
-
analytics;
-
security;
-
fraud prevention;
-
email and SMS delivery; and
-
other technology services.
Fulfilment and Delivery Partners
Where Hazaar sells a product that is fulfilled by another business, we may share the information needed to fulfil and deliver that order.
Affiliate Networks and Partner Brands
We may share or receive limited attribution, transaction, code-redemption or performance information where necessary to operate our affiliate partnerships.
Advertising and Analytics Platforms
Where permitted by law and your applicable choices, this may include Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms used for advertising, analytics, attribution and audience management.
Event and Promotion Providers
Including ticketing platforms, event partners, prize fulfilment providers and other organisations needed to administer an event or promotion.
Professional Advisers
Including lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers.
Authorities and Legal Recipients
Where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users or others.
Business Transfers
If Hazaar is sold, merged, restructured, financed or otherwise undergoes a business transfer, relevant personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
27. International Transfers
Some of the organisations that provide services to Hazaar may process personal data outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps required by applicable data protection law to ensure an appropriate level of protection.
Depending on the destination and provider, these measures may include:
-
UK adequacy regulations;
-
the UK International Data Transfer Agreement;
-
the UK Addendum to approved Standard Contractual Clauses; or
-
another legally permitted transfer mechanism.
Where required, we also consider whether additional safeguards are appropriate.
You can contact us at hello@justhazaar.com if you would like more information about the safeguards relevant to a particular transfer.
28. How Long We Keep Personal Data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Because different information is used for different purposes, there is not one retention period that applies to everything we hold.
When deciding how long to retain information, we consider:
-
why the information was collected;
-
whether it is still needed to provide a service;
-
whether an account or relationship remains active;
-
legal, accounting and tax requirements;
-
fraud and security requirements;
-
applicable limitation periods;
-
the possibility of complaints or disputes;
-
whether consent remains valid;
-
whether you have asked us to delete information; and
-
whether information can instead be anonymised.
For example:
Orders and Financial Records
We retain order, payment and refund information for the period needed to meet accounting, tax, legal and dispute-resolution requirements.
Accounts
Account information may be retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless deletion is appropriate sooner or a longer period is required for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
Verification Information
We retain the Hazaar information necessary to manage your verification status, including relevant status and expiry information.
GoCertify separately determines the retention of the underlying information it processes as controller for verification under its own privacy policy.
Marketing Profiles
We retain marketing information while you remain subscribed or while we have another valid reason to retain it.
If you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited suppression record so that we can respect your preference in future.
Consent Records
We may retain records showing how and when marketing or other consent was obtained for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and manage your preferences.
Affiliate and Transaction Reporting
We retain affiliate and transaction information for as long as needed to calculate commission, reconcile payments, investigate discrepancies, prevent fraud, maintain financial records and resolve disputes.
Customer Service
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to deal with your query and for a reasonable period afterwards where it may be relevant to complaints, disputes or legal claims.
Giveaways and Events
We retain entry and attendee information for the period needed to administer the relevant activity and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with queries, regulatory requirements, fraud or disputes.
Research
Research and survey information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the research purpose and may be anonymised when individual identification is no longer required.
User-Generated Content
UGC and permission records may be retained while we continue to have permission to use the content and for as long as reasonably necessary afterwards to maintain an appropriate record of the permission granted.
We periodically review the information we hold and delete or anonymise data that is no longer required.
29. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis we rely on, you may have the right to:
-
request access to your personal data;
-
request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
-
request deletion of your personal data;
-
request restriction of processing;
-
object to certain processing;
-
request portability of certain personal data;
-
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
-
raise concerns about automated decision-making where applicable.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.
To exercise your rights, contact:
hello@justhazaar.com
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
30. Your Right to Object to Direct Marketing
You have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
If you object, we will stop using your personal data for that purpose.
You can:
-
unsubscribe from email using the link in our emails;
-
opt out of SMS using the method provided in the message, including replying STOP where supported; or
-
contact us at hello@justhazaar.com.
Where necessary, we may retain a minimal suppression record to ensure your opt-out continues to be respected.
31. Automated Processing
Hazaar uses automated tools for analytics, audience segmentation and marketing-related profiling.
These activities are used to help us understand customers and audiences and do not result in solely automated decisions by Hazaar that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
GoCertify may separately use automated technology as part of its eligibility verification process.
Where GoCertify acts as controller for that processing, its own privacy policy explains how its verification technology operates and what rights are available, including any right to request a manual review.
32. Special Category Personal Data
Hazaar does not intentionally ask users to provide sensitive or special-category personal data such as information about:
-
health;
-
race or ethnicity;
-
religion;
-
