I forgot my password

When signing in on the app, tap ‘forgot password’ and type in your university email address. If you have an account with us, we will send you an email to reset your password.

If you are using Microsoft SSO to sign up, remember that you don't have a password with Hazaar, but with your Uni!

How do I change my username?

You can change your username by editing your profile. You can also edit your first and last name, and your bio.

How do I personalise my Hazaar?

When you edit your Hazaar profile, you'll be able to change all the following:

  • Your profile picture
  • Your shop header picture
  • Your username
  • Your first and last names
  • Your bio

I'm locked out of my account! What do I do?

Please email us at hello@justhazaar.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

How do I close my account?

You can close your Hazaar account at any time from the app settings by deleting your account.

You can also request your account be deleted by completing this form. We will email you to confirm you want to proceed before deleting the account.

Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to access Hazaar unless you sign up again. You will have to set up your account again from scratch.
